At Our Northern Coffee House, we honor that work. We partner with local coffee farmers in Caliking, where coffee is heritage and livelihood. The altitude and cool winds shape the flavor; the farmers shape everything else.

Yes, Arabica from these mountains costs a bit more. Not because it’s marketed that way, but because real labor and real care have value.
