An open letter to our campers. Long read ahead. 🙂↔️
Just tonight, we happen to see opened sachets of Kopiko that we greatly assume has been consumed inside the camp. 😓
We may be writing this letter at the same moment our emotions are high. But we just could’t help but also share.
For some reason… we felt offended? Or maybe dismayed.
Many people around dacha (lalo na sa mga usuals out there!) na we allow as much things you wanna do at the camp. SAFE SPACE. Parang bahay ng tropa mo na you can just do whatever you like —still with ideal boundaries of course. But you get the point. Maluwag kami with the “house rules” we even allow outside food kasi we understand some may have preferences for the meal they like BUT atleast for drinks.. we strictly encourage the people to get from us. Syempre, that’s just where we can get profit from and keep the business running.
We think it’s also fair to give feedback to customers. Baka pwedeng kami rin/tayo rin as business owners can also normalize sharing feedback to people who visits our place.
We’ve been (and a lot of owners) doing our genuine best to give the nicest, kindest experience you can ever have in our camp. And I think the very least thing that we wish to get in return is RESPECT. To our service, to our people, to our place, and to our pets.
We understand. Not everyone can get orders. Some may even stay longer. And that’s okay. You felt safe with us. That’s already enough. But maybe it’s just fair to have a little decency on things like this.
We are still a growing business. Things like this may not affect well established ones… pero kami, FELT NAMIN YUN GUYS.
🫶🏼🏆 AND JUST ON THE BRIGHTER GRATEFUL SIDE OF THINGS! We just appreciate the people who chooses to stick with us kahit kailangan namin magpatay ng ilaw para paalisin yung mga gamo gamo + at sa mga campers natin who stays kahit binabagyo na sa dacha o minsan sobrang init naman.
