It was a last minute decision to go to ICEGEX 2025, the first international ice cream and gelato expo at the World Trade Center where suppliers, business owners and enthusiasts converged. It was all worth it. Can’t wait for the next one!

I'm gradually finding my rhythm again. It's been a while since I focused on making ice cream full time, so I began with the simplest of flavors. But just because it’s basic doesn’t mean it’s not exquisite. I used vanilla extract made from the finest Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans. For a satisfying dessert, I have paired it with an espresso brownie from the Northern Brew Coffee Shop. The chocolate complemented the sweet and creamy flavor of the ice cream.
