Fun Facts:
Alam niyo po ba na 3 oras po namin niluluto ang Patok Lechon Liempo Roll?

We buy our premium meat from our local butcher. Fresh Pork Belly lang po ang ginagamit namin.

Ma trabaho po ang proseso, debone muna yung Liempo belly from the ribs. Marinade for overnight. Slow roast for up to 3 hours. Then we blast fry yung balat para malutong.

Sa 110 Pesos - matitkman mo na ang Patok Liempo Rice Meal. Come early! Lagi pong SOLD OUT!!!
