This one is for tomorrow - quietly marinating now, taking its time.
A little journey - somewhere between ๐๐๐ฝ๐ฟ๐๐, ๐๐ผ๐ต๐ฎ ๐บ๐ฒ๐บ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฑ๐ฎ๐บ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ถ๐ฟ. Loosely inspired by a dish I once had in ๐ ๐๐ธ๐ผ๐ป๐ผ๐, ๐๐ผ๐ต๐ฎ, on my 40th birthday. It was lamb then - deep, aromatic, unforgettable.
This time, Iโm translating that memory into ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ ๐๐ต๐ผ๐๐น๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐น๐น๐, using our own Inuwayan Farm Productions ๐ฏ๐๐ด๐ป๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ and ๐น๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ถ๐๐ต ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ ๐ฐ๐ฟ๐๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ - that warm, citrusy spice that defines Afelia.
