Last Saturday, right in the middle of my ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—น๐—ฑ ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป, we had a ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฎ-๐—ต๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐—ฏ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜„๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜ โšก. Just like that, my carefully planned baking schedule went completely haywire.

Anyone who bakes bread knows how much timing matters โ€” the quiet hours in the fridge, the slow fermentation that builds flavor and structure. Without electricity, I kept checking the dough, worrying it would overproof, collapse, or simply refuse to cooperate. โณ๐Ÿž
