Let me take a minute to talk about the real heroes behind these last two days. 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳

You see the beautiful food. You see the full buffet tables. You see the happy faces eating. But what you don't see is the team that made it all happen.

While everyone was asleep, our kitchen crew was already at APEC Haus, firing up stoves, chopping vegetables, marinating chicken, and making sure every single dish came out perfect.

And the service team? They didn't stop. Not once. From wiping down spills to refilling plates with a smile – they kept going, non-stop, for two full days.

No complaints. No tired faces (well, maybe a little at the end 😅). Just pure heart and hard work.

These are the people who make SeaFood Haus what it is. Locally owned, yes. But more importantly – locally loved, because of them.

So to my kitchen crew, my service team, my dishwashers, my runners – thank you. You didn't just cater an event. You made us all proud.

Now rest up. Because next week? We do it all over again for someone new. 💪

We just finished catering for the PNG National Forest Authority & Forest Service at APEC Haus, and honestly? We're still smiling.

To the team at PNG Forestry – thank you. Thank you for trusting us, a locally owned catering company, to feed your people for two full days. From the first breakfast setup to the last lunch plate, you made us feel like part of the family. We don't take that trust lightly.

A big shoutout as well to the Buget planners and Events Tech – working alongside you both was smooth, professional, and just… easy. That's what makes an event work. Great food, yes, but also great partners. 🙌

And to everyone else scrolling through these photos – this is what we do. Not just for big conferences, but for small team meetings, workshops, private parties, anything. You tell us what you like, and we'll make it happen. Local style, fresh ingredients, no shortcuts.
