We’re proud to shine the spotlight on one of our long-serving team members.
Vicky Abola has been part of the Driftwood family for over 15 years, working as a dedicated housemaid and helping create the welcoming, relaxing experience our guests love.
Vicky comes from a family of local landowners. When the resort first opened its doors, employment opportunities were prioritised for landowners, this is where her journey with Driftwood began. Since then, she has grown alongside the resort, witnessing its transformation and expansion over the years.
What keeps her here? In her own words, it’s the love for her work, the peaceful environment, and the strong support from her team and management.
Vicky’s proudest moments comes from the simple joys; seeing happy guests, receiving their appreciation, and knowing her work makes a difference.
For Vicky, Driftwood is more than a workplace. It’s a family. A place where the team supports one another, works together, and takes pride in what they do every day.
