Nothing complicated, a quality ribeye steak cooked in our grass-fed beef tallow. Crisp on the outside, juicy in the middle, and packed with flavour.

Customer inspiration tonight using Carnivore Mince πŸ‘Œ

Rosemary, Worcester sauce, tomato sauce, a beef stock cube, salt and pepper, then add broccoli, cauliflower and carrots and let it all bubble away until rich and hearty.

Serve over cheesy baked potatoes. Bake the potatoes, cut them in half, mash with cheese, stuff them back in, then crisp them up in the oven.

How to cook the perfect rump steak:

Nothing beats coming home to the smell of slow-cooked lamb filling the house!

Our favourite low and slow lamb shoulder recipe:

β€’ Lamb shoulder
β€’ Beef stock
β€’ Worcestershire sauce
β€’ Marmite
β€’ Chopped mint
β€’ Diced carrots
β€’ Diced sweet potato
β€’ Salt & pepper

Pop it all in the crockpot and cook on low for around 6 hours.

The lamb falls apart, the veggies soak up all those rich flavours, and dinner is sorted. πŸ˜‹

Perfect for these cooler Canterbury days. πŸ‘β€οΈ
