We’re on the hunt for a talented chef to join our team at Blatch Café!

Our wonderful and talented chef Taylor is off chasing his musical theatre dreams (after starring in Mamma Mia last year and Priscilla Queen of the Desert this year 🎭), so we’re looking for someone amazing to step into the kitchen!

Don’t worry — Taylor isn’t going anywhere! He’ll be moving to front of house, so you’ll be seeing his face even more often 😊

🕕 Tuesday – Saturday | 6:00am – 2:00pm
📅 Fixed term: 3–4 months (with potential to become permanent)

You’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking our menu to a high standard, keeping presentation on point, and helping deliver a great experience to our customers. Taylor will be around to support you through the transition 🙌

We’re looking for someone who is:
✨ Passionate about food
✨ Calm and reliable in a fast-paced environment
✨ A supportive, positive team player

This role could suit someone on a working visa, and there’s potential for ongoing work for the right person.
