Hello π sitting here on a Sunday evening reflecting after a great busy "welcome to winter" weekend...... and today we could have easily sold 200+ scones.... π they were so asked for today even more than most days. I, myself personally would love to reach out to our customers and all my co-workers that I am so greatful..... greatful for our amazing staff who we love including our amazing part timers who work so well over the weekends, our students who most of whom have worked for us for 3 years+ they start as 14/15 year olds and still with us at 17/18+ every single one of our staff is so treasured and so valuable, some customers even think their is multiple owners of the business as our girls treat our customers so well they think they must own the buiness, no issues there lol π₯° but seriously on a business side of things we are in awe of our staff, our customers and so appreciative that in a world of uncertainty we get to make our way into our 13th year of business in little old whitford village, thank you, thank you and thank you πxx we will always maintain home cooked food/baking no matter the economy... no short cuts, no comprimise of ingredients no improvising on quality, we talk about this multiple times a day with customers and karen and myself have said their will never be a comprimise on our cooking, we do our job for the love of what we do π
