BLEDISLOE CUP – LIVE THIS SATURDAY

The All Blacks take on Australia in the Bledisloe Cup this Saturday, and we’ll be showing all the action LIVE on the big screen!

Come along, grab a drink, bring your mates and let’s get behind the All Blacks!

We’ll also be running a sweepstake on the game, so get in early, pick your team and predict the score for your chance to win the jackpot!

Fishing Lure Masters this weekend? Come fish out of Whangaroa!

Coastguard NZ update

Half-price callsigns for Far North boaties, just $30 (usually $60), and only 500 available. A callsign is a requirement, and it makes it easier to talk to Coastguard. It helps Coastguard identify and get vital information about you and your boat real fast.

Coastguard NZ update

Thanks to everyone who came along to talk radio with Coastguard recently. It was good to see Annette Hall and the FNRSR legacy acknowledged, and to get answers to our questions. No firm date yet on Channels 60, 61 and 02 going live under Coastguard, but in the meantime, you can log a trip report in the Coastguard App, or call *500 to talk to Coastguard. It’s FREE and you don’t need to be a member or have a callsign. VHF 16 should be used for emergencies.
