The man, the legend… Peter! 😎

We don’t think this one needs much of an introduction, but if you haven’t met him yet, this is Peter.

He’s been part of the Café Botannix team for seven years, right from when Rob took over, and always brings the energy and a smiling face.

Rob caught up with him for a chat about what’s kept him here, what he loves about the job and, of course, his favourite food from the café.

A big thank you to Peter for all his hard work over the years. He’s loved by our customers and the team, and we’re very lucky to have him.

Our pork belly eggs Benedict is served on crispy potato rosti and has been a popular choice for good reason. Tender pork belly, perfectly poached eggs and creamy hollandaise all brought together in one seriously scrumptious dish.
