UPDATE! he's been found and now safely home :) what a relief! thank you our lovely community :)

Has anyone seen Venom? Our beloved local celebrity hasn’t been seen since yesterday afternoon (14 June) around 3pm, and his worried parents are devastated 😭 we are all very worried that he might be taken, since he’s very friendly and social. If you’d seen or heard anything please contact his family 021 148 4464 or 021 022 60090, or message us.

Venom has a distinctive blue collar with spikes on as shown in picture. Last seen at 14 Rust Avenue, Whangarei Central. He wonders around and visits many local businesses/homes, and returns to his home several times a day, and comes home to sleep at night time.

Good morning beautiful people ☀️ and sunshine ☀️

Without any notifications or reminders from anyone, we realised that there has been continuous road blockages just outside our restaurant’s entrance on Rust Ave around dinner time in the past week, which lead to some customers thinking the road was closed off and couldn’t find parkings to get to us. If getting through Rust Ave has been an issue for you, please know that there is a car park above us behind the newly renovated Municipal Building on Bank Street, shown in Google Maps as below. You could find our newly painted sign by the left hand side of the car park and the little stairs leading to our restaurant 😊

Some of our beloved regulars had noticed that we’d updated our opening hours recently, Monday&Tuesdays are now bookings only 😊
