Whoops, got a bit lost writing that, the opening dates may be quite helpful

Our lunch services are in May:
First Week: Tues 2nd, Wed 3rd, Thurs 4th
Second Week: Tues 9th, Wed 10th, Thurs 11th

We take our lunch bookings at the following times, 12pm, 12:15pm, 12:30pm.

Kia Ora Bistro Whanau,

Gosh it does seem like quite a while since we've all connected again. Thankfully we have some wonderful opportunities coming up in May where we can reconnect eat, drink, and engage in stimulating conversation...as always.

Bookings may quite limited this trimester as we only have 6 lunch services available, so... to ensure that you and your whanau don't miss the wonderful, delectable, taste bud enhancing delicacies prepared by our outstanding trainee chefs to enhance your sensory experience, drop what you are doing.........open yourself a new email tab, and send me all that wonderful information that helps us to make your dining experience with us a great success.

Our Level 5 Diploma in hospitality Students have gone above and beyond. one of the groups is hosting a delicious looking High Tea -Cha on Tuesday the 18th of October from 3:30pm to 6:00pm in our own Bistro52. I have attached the poster for this event which has the contact / bookings details on it.

The Menu for this event looks top notch ( Our L5 students have backgrounds in front of house and cookery...need I say more :)

Kia ora koutou whanau.

Our Level 5 Diploma in Hospitality Students, are going to be hosting a number of events , each of which is linked to a wonderful charity that helps to support our communities. The proceeds from each groups event will go to their chosen charity.

To kick things off on the 11th of October, one of the groups is hosting a "Through the Decades" Quiz night. ( I've had a sneak peek of the quiz and it is one that you don't want to miss).

I have attached the flyer for this wonderful evening, if even now....you are thinking of getting the whanau and whakapapa together for a hilarious night of collaboration, reminiscing, great humour, fun prizes, and good food....then you are half way there :)

Kia Ora Bistro Whanau,
I hope that you are all keeping safe and well, the past few weeks have been a bit of an eye opener in terms of the power of nature and horrible weather, hopefully ( fingers crossed ), we are through the worst of it, and some well needed sunshine and warmer weather will be coming our way. Our wonderful akonga chefs and hospitality group are gearing up for 3 days of lunch service in September, we will be open for our world famous lunches on the 13th, 14th and 15th only.

The lunch menu has a delicious range of options on it to tempt and tease your taste buds. You all know the drill, we've been doing this for a very long time now :). Kia Ora Bistro Whanau,

The menus for the four course degustation dinners starting next week are ready for your perusal. I haven't added wine matches to the courses on the menus, but there will be wines available for purchase to complement each menu. As always, we look forward to you dining with us, and have great appreciation for all the ongoing support shown by all of of our Bistro whanau for our student future Hospo Stars and training restaurant.
