For the last two and half months, Coffee Embassy has graced our brew bar, espresso machine and retail shelf with all manner of treats.
From the outstanding SL28 on espresso, to the bouquet of florals that was the White Honey Gesha on pourover and even the ever consistent Ethiopian Konga on batch - we've thoroughly enjoyed it all.
If you're ever down in Christchurch, a visit to their roastery or Cashel St flagship certainly wouldn't go amiss.
We've got one last brew to introduce before our next Guest Roaster and that is the Natural Chiroso from Cesar Buesaquillo - the second year of purchasing from this producer and another exceptional coffee.
