We want someone who:

* Has proven experience in a similar premium bar/restaurant
* Is creative with cocktails & seasonal drink menus
* Can manage, train and lead staff confidently
* Understands stock control, ordering & GP management
* Delivers exceptional customer service
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop innovative cocktail & beverage menus
* Oversee bar operations & FOH service
* Manage staff rosters and performance
