The Dough Bakery buns have been baked, the Mangaroa Farms lettuce has been freshly harvested, and the Conscious Valley beef patties are ready. We’ve reached the final stop in our paddock to plate journey, where we put it all together overlooking the beautiful conscious valley farm.

The final stop on our paddock-to-plate journey.

Just over the hill on Wellington’s west coast lies Conscious Valley a free-range, grass-fed sheep and beef farm nestled in the Ohariu Valley. Their animals are raised overlooking the Cook Strait, where mineral-laden sea breezes sweep the pastures and season the grass itself.

The result? Beef with a true Wellington-grown flavour - and it’s the star of our Visa Wellington On a Plate Chilli-Butter-Beef burger 🍔
