We're launching First Pour Thursday tomorrow – and it's a big one to kick things off...

From 4pm, we'll have THREE new brews pouring from the taps right here at Fork. And to celebrate the Flesh and Blood National Championship coming to Wellington this weekend, we've teamed up with the Crazy Brews fan-led brewing project for three releases inspired by the colourful world and artwork of Flesh and Blood ⚔️

🌱 Restvine Elixir - Lime Light Lager - 2.5% ABV
Earthy, citrusy and refreshing, this lager is light on the palate and crisp in the finish, with a hint of sweetness from the addition of lime. The perfect beer to rest and revive with

💧 Clearwater Elixir - Double Peach Spritz - 4% ABV
Quench the thirst with this clean, clear and effervescent spritz derived from NZ Chardonnay grapes. Bright stone fruit flavours and a touch of sweetness in the mouth give way to a tart, dry finish

🪾 Sapwood Elixir - Triple Hopped Hazy - 4.2% ABV
A fragrant and juicy Triple Hopped Hazy using NZ Cascade, Manilita and late-harvest Nelson Sauvin extract for rich, earthy and hop-forward flavours in the mouth and elevated notes of tropical fruit, citrus rind and lime leaf

Fork & Brewer's Bond Street Porter just landed on Willis Street – and it's an exclusive nitro release on The Malthouse taps!

Inspired by Fork's namesake property on the Monopoly board, this English Porter is rich and velvet smooth, with tons of roasted malt character on the nose and in the mouth thanks to a combination of ale, chocolate and crystal specialty malts. Dark brown with a creamy tan head, expect layers of dark cacao, black coffee and a hint of black treacle, leading to a characteristic roasted bitterness in the finish

Pouring now – well worth the investment!

Brewed to a traditional recipe, Piwo pairs a light and sweet oak-smoked wheat base with a subtle spicy hop character and a clean, dry finish. Advance directly to Bond Street for a taste of our newest release – a delicious English Porter inspired by our location's namesake property on the Monopoly board 🎩

Pouring a rich dark brown with a persistent creamy head, this beer comes chock-full of roasted malt character on the nose and in the mouth thanks to a combination of ale, chocolate and crystal specialty malts. Cold weather = Stout weather 🥶🖤

Our latest beer to hit the taps is the return of an old favourite – Raspberry Twist is a classic Milk Stout with a twist of...yep, you guessed it, raspberry!

We've balanced a strong chocolate malt base with the sharp, bright crispness of red berries, giving hints of liquorice and a touch of acidity in the mouth, all rounded out by a rich, velvety sweetness in the finish

We've got our hands on the very limited edition 2025 Central Otago Dry Riesling, courtesy of the good folks at – and currently we're the only venue in the whole country who have it on their wine list!

Established in 1864, Monte Christo was the first commercial winery in the prestigious Central Otago region, and they've earned a strong reputation for their elegant, sustainable and minimal intervention wines

Crisp, dry and textured, with aromas and flavours of lime peel, lemon zest and a hint of mandarin, this is a fresh, mineral Riesling with plenty of acidity in the finish – it's already a personal favourite of our GM!
