Weather Update – Moore Wilson’s Porirua

Kia ora everyone, we’re really sorry but due to the ongoing bad weather, we’ve made the call to stay closed again today.

We know we mentioned yesterday that we’d be open today — really appreciate your understanding as we put safety first for our team and customers.

We’re absolutely buzzing to join the amazing Kāpiti Food Fair for a huge day of delicious kai, incredible stalls, live entertainment, and all-round good vibes!

🎶✨ What’s on at the Fair?
• Live music on the Thames Pacific Main Stage ft. an epic 80s–90s revival party
• Cooking demos on the ANZ Kāpiti Kitchen Stage
• The iconic Kāpiti Ice Cream Dining Room

🚚 Seatoun Location Update 🏉✨

Good news, Seatoun! We’ve made a little change to our plan so we can still trade in the evenings this weekend. 🙌

Our food truck will be closed at lunchtime this Friday to Sunday (10–12 October) while we’re at the 2025 New Zealand Junior Rugby Festival at Fraser Park, Lower Hutt. 🎉

But after the games, we’ll be back in Seatoun from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM each night serving all your favourites — Bánh Mì, Roti Rolls, Phở, and more! 🥖🍜🔥

Thanks so much for your support! And if you’re heading to the rugby, come find us at Fraser Park during the day for a tasty feed. 🏉💛

We wanted to let you know that we’ll be taking a short break to spend some precious time with a close family member who is unwell.

Rock Yard will be closed from Sunday, 28 April to Thursday, 1 May, and we’ll re-open on Friday, 2 May.
