This year in Sardinia, we had the privilege of experiencing one of the island's most treasured traditions up close: the making of bottarga.

From witnessing the careful curing process to learning the craftsmanship behind this Sardinian delicacy, every moment was a true celebration of local culture and passion.

And of course, the journey wouldn't have been complete without tasting some of the most exquisite seafood dishes, prepared with exceptional care and simplicity. Every bite was fresh, authentic, and bursting with flavour.

After a very busy and intense tour where we learnt the unique history, strong traditions. The diversity of food, dialect and culture. In two words….Passion and Pride….we end with this wonderful dinner at Michelin restaurant Fradis Minoris , Squisito!!! Thank you Sardegna and we can’t wait to visit you soon 🙏♥️🙏♥️🙏
