Available from 7:30 am - 3 pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30 am - 7:30 pm on Friday’s during Burger Wellington.

Meet Valentin, our Chef Pâtissier. Hailing from the south of France, Valentin brings over 14 years of experience as a pastry chef to Totō.

The proof of his skill and hard work is in the pudding, literally. Before most of us are even awake, he’s already in the kitchen folding dough and cracking eggs.

The chocolate éclairs are a crowd favourite, and it’s easy to see why. Come in and see for yourself!
