The time has now come that we like to inform you that next week will be our last week full trading.
Then we will slowly close the CurioScape business down.
We be will around the until 16th. for the campground and that's us .
We don't know what happened next here at Curioscape.

Good morning from the Team Toka Curioscape.

We would like to provide some information regarding the campground. There has been an increase in the amount of mess left in the amenities on certain days, which has resulted in additional time required for the staff to maintain the facilities. Furthermore, there have been instances of individuals harassing staff members or leaving inappropriate comments concerning the Management or campground rules.

We wish to clarify that no changes will been made to these rules, as they have been in place for some time. The amenities are closed for cleaning from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm., which is also outlined as part of the campground rules that all guests acknowledge upon booking either online or at check-in.

Please be aware that any individuals harassing cleaning staff will be asked to leave the campground without a refund.

We kindly request that all visitors review the campground information and rules prior to making a reservation.

Hello everybody!
The busy times are here, please keep in mind that there might be some waiting times during check-in. To make things smoother, we recommend booking online in advance. Please also note that sometimes we may not be able to respond to emails on the same day. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, and please be respectful to our staff—they are doing their best to assist you. Thank you for your cooperation!

The news is both sad and highly disappointing for us as well as for Doc. We had a pair of yellow-eyed penguins nesting, successfully hatching two chicks. Unfortunately, one of the chicks has now died due to members of the public entering their nesting area, which caused the parents to abandon the nest for a while. Although signs and fencing are in place along the walkway, it appears that these measures are often ignored. Additionally, when the chain is engaged at the Petrified Forest, it signifies that the area is closed. We observed footprints indicating feeding activity, and we had to dissuade people from approaching them again yesterday. Consequently, we have decided to close the walking track.
