Funny story - I was chatting to a friend of mine last night and she asked me when she comes back to NZ if she could learn to be a barista. I hesitated for a moment but then replied "Yes, you could make coffee because you can play Bach" ( on the piano). To this she exclaimed " Making coffee is as hard as playing Bach?" Hence my post. Making coffee is not easy. It's a craft, perfected over time. It's structured, it's precise, it's an art and it is creative. Left brain and right brain working perfectly in harmony, and often at speed coz who wants to wait for their coffee? Baristas; making music you can taste. Our best friends every day ❤
