The Bistro is a Taupo locals eatery, producing simple contemporary New Zealand food with the freshest regional ingredients. Jude’s outlook on cooking is “Simple But Nice”. The Bistro provides a European style dining experience at a price that the average Kiwi can afford. We are open from 3pm until midnight, Tuesday to Sunday. Come in and check it out for yourself.

We love this amazing product at The Bistro, consistently beautiful and our guests love a generous chunk of Scotch Fillet cooked over the charcoal.

New dessert to the enter our spring menu, 7 application's of the humble rhubarb, in fact the entire dish is created out of simply poaching the rhubarb spears and wasting nothing! I love this approach to cooking.
