The case these boys presented was extremely well documented and I think will be the first of many more to come!

I am not sharing this to insight hate, towards the ambassadors, retail outlets, employees .. but because I have hundreds of clients who deserve to make an informed choice when buying their products and i know many of them buy at NZ Muscle because they are cheap and they are on a budget.

They simply deserve better.

I personally have never purchased from them and have no experience with thier product.

What hasn't changes is my belief that we have built system so you dont need to white knuckle your way through every week but buy back time and clarity.

Client Highlight ... Meet Peter,

64, Grandfather, Business Owner, Husband.

Often I highlight body transformations but thats not what he came for ..

I have been privileged to work with Peter for about 6 months.

He came to with one goal, I want to be fitter ans healthier.

His nutrition hasn't been perfect even an executive chef, his days are busy and he cant eat in the middle of a busy service so it waits ... but gets it done!

Since we started training we have..

Dropped 7minutes off his 2.4km run
- he now averages a 5 minute km.
Added 30kg to his bench press
Added 40kg to his deadlift
Added 50kg to his squat

And did mention heaps of LAUGHS!

I share this post to highlights Pete's success because he inspires me and I hope it inspires you, he will be taking part in the ORA fitfest in Novemeber!

Bring your own vibe even in the smallest jobs..

If im going to spend 100 hours a week building our business you best believe we going to have fun along the way...

This moment whilst cringe to some LOL, is so special to me.. spending a day with my sister in the business built preparing for an event a few weeks back, for context she is the only member of my family to visit me in over a decade of bringing my life here! Love you 🧡

Lighter and a weapon🔓🥷

Six months ago I worked with Jade, Juan Pierre's wife and watched her completely transform. 15kg+ gone. She was incredible.

Then Juan Pierre decided he wanted to get in on what he saw work for his wife.

9 weeks. 8kg down. Food increased. Lifts increased, honestly he looks like a completely different version! New level 🔓

That's two people in the same house choosing to lead by example through good nutrition.. 

We changed a system that was slightly off and me and Juan-pierre had many conversations of industry myths that were broken, him changing his pyhcology around this was the biggest win with his ability to change after a hard conversation.

Your the man bro 💯💪 - overdue post!
