Boutique accommodation, local support and sustainability should absolutely coexist.

For us, that means thoughtful hospitality: supporting local suppliers, reducing waste where possible, caring for the gardens and environment around us, and creating experiences that feel connected to place rather than disconnected from it.

Golden Bay gives us a lot. We try to return the favour.

Locals know the best beaches in Golden Bay aren’t always the ones with the signposts.

Tiny coves. Empty stretches of sand. Places where the soundtrack is tui birds and your own footsteps.

That’s one of the things we love most about living here - Golden Bay still rewards curiosity.

And yes, we absolutely keep a few secret spots to ourselves, professional obligation and all... ☺️

Who has been to the Grove Scenic Reserve?

Towering limestone formations.
