The Staveley Store Established in 1876, the Staveley Store is nestled under the Mid-Canterbury foothills in the heart o Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available.

Unbelievably tasty hand-made sausage rolls tempt your tastebuds, with a range of flavours available including leek & mushroom, cheese & pineapple, and curry. The counter brims with treats - brioches, brownie, sticky lemon slice, giant choc chunk cookies, and other freshly baked cakes, slices and muffins. The Farm Shop is the tasting room for neighbouring farm Mount Somers Station, featuring free r

ange venison, lamb, eggs, honey, bacon, ham and a great range of other specialty locally produced products. There are also gifts and art made by talented locals and basic grocery items as you’d expect from any country general store, as well as DoC hut tickets for the Mount Somers walkway.

The Staveley store is now under new management! 🎉

We’re taking a short break to refresh and get everything ready for a brand new chapter. The store will be closed for a couple of weeks while we make some exciting updates.
