MEET THE TEAM

Happy belated New year Friends!

As most of our little community knows by now there have been a few changes at Gratitude Cafe recently!

I (Sammy) am now half owner with Renier, who has moved on from the cafe life to pursue his other business full time
(he’ll still be around every now and then to say hello 😉)

And joining the cafe crew is my amazing friend SuYen and her gorgeous girl Frankie!

SuYen makes great coffee & food, gives the best hugs and is the beautiful smiley face that greets you when you visit

Frankie could probably make a bomb coffee too if she had thumbs, but mostly she’s a people person and will be hanging out for cuddles, so make sure to came say hi!

We are so excited to see what the new year brings!

Our wonderful bubbly Gilmores delivery driver Ben was in an awful life changing accident last week.

Our hearts are hurting for him and his family. If there is anyone deserving of kindness and help at a time like this it is him.

Oh man, How good would it be if we could actually work this fast in real life 😆

The two of us managed to smash out a catering order for 40 people recently!

40 individual lunch boxes, all with a toasted Bacon & egg bap, hot lamb sausage roll, fresh Pastrami sandwich and a classic Afghan each.

We might only be a team of two, in a little container cafe with one oven and limited space haha BUT we did it 🙌🏼

Did you know all the food we serve at Gratitude Cafe is made fresh, on site everyday?

We are now just a teeny team of two tagg teaming it during the busy periods. you’ll find Renier slinging coffees and me, Sammy cooking and baking in my little corner 😆

We love to see your faces so pop in for a delicious hot coffee and a chat!

Holy moly it is nippy today! And the perfect weather to kick start our soup again 🙌🏼
