Two gochujang‑marinated free‑range chicken thighs, fried in rice flour for that extra crunch, stacked with BBQ gochujang sauce and Kewpie mayo.

Loaded with a sesame slaw of white + red cabbage, carrot, spring onion, mung bean sprouts, coriander and kimchi.
