Meet the heart of Chur Bol BBQ.

It's hard to believe we've had this girl for almost two years already.

I still remember meeting in the Bunnings car park in Blenheim for the handover. She came rolling in behind the ute on her trailer, and I honestly couldn't believe the size of her. She is absolutely humungous.

We got her home to Nelson, made a few modifications, got everything dialled in, and she's been humming away ever since.

These days she'll happily smoke anywhere between 300 and 450kg of meat in a single cook, fuelled by nothing but 100% New Zealand mānuka.

The funny thing is... after two years, she still doesn't have a name.

So I reckon it's about time.
