Good morning,
Today I decided to dry rub some Pork Spareribs in my secret spice mix (but not too spicy) and then slow cook them over Cherry wood smoke. After that I smothered them in my homemade barbecue sauce and they are absolutely to die for!

Our Pork belly sandwich is legendary..In Margaret Place.
Slow cooked to perfection over Cherry wood, doused in homemade chimichurri.
Served on one of Maggie's buns with house mayo and salad leaves.
Finished with sliced onion and pickled cucumber.
