Our Pan Seared Market Fish is served with crushed potatoes, sautéed kale, fish velouté, fried capers and spring onion oil — a beautiful combination of fresh, delicate and savoury flavours.

And what would we pair it with? A crisp Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc would be our pick. Its bright acidity and fresh citrus notes work beautifully with the fish, while complementing the salty capers and creamy velouté.

A special post for one of our own ❤️

Yesterday we said goodbye to Morgan and Cindy who’s been an incredible part of the Finz team. (Sorry we didnt have a photo of you Cindy) 😅 Always calm under pressure, always delivering great service, and always looking after our guests and the team.

We’ll really miss seeing them on the floor (and carrying far too many plates at once).

Good luck on your adventures, you’ll always have a seat at our table.
