It was a day off the day job today so I spent half the day baking, and doing a bit of creating in the kitchen. One of my creations was these mini choc muffins which I intended to top with ganache....until I realized I had no cream. The mad scientist in me surfaced again and I melted some strawberry filled marshmellows and some dark chocolate together to create a delicious topping instead. Will definitely make this again!!! These are for my household but to order any delicious baked goodies hit the message button (& remember to order well in advance).
