Hey everyone! Well, it's been a bit since I've posted, so here's just a little preview of what I've been up to!

1. Having a crack at Sourdough bread after a bunch of years, Jalapeño Cheddar to be exact.

2. Homemade sausage rolls, including the pastry! Check out the layers!

3. Winter waning sun in Bay Roberts, Newfoundland

4. One of my last full-time Kendo practices with in St. John's, Newfoundland

6. One of the dishes I did for a seafood festival, my take on a chocolate lamington; coconut congolaise, yoghurt cremeaux, chocolate marshmallow

7. First attempt at Rye Sourdough, pretty stocked!

8. Met a Newfoundland dog named Sable Chief, who is named after the original Sable Chief, a Newfoundland dog that went with Newfoundland troops overseas in World War 1

And another one! My first axe 😅 this one has been going for well over a year, and I finally finished it! Hand forged axe head, American hickory handle.

Hey everyone! It's been a bit of time since my last post, but here's a trio of blades for a trade! Blacksmith forged blades, the top is a gyuto, the middle is a pig sticker, and the bottom is my take on a skinner. All have matched black walnut handle scales.

Hey everyone! Here's a little something I've been working on and finished this week! I had a customer come to me and ask if I could put a display blade on this handle. It's a 100AD Roman stone handle, I added the eyes and the blade. Was fun to do!

Well, a little different from my usual things! I made a marshmallow fork! Bloody long, hand forged mild steel round bar, kept it rough to mimic a tree branch. helped as well and it's for her! Handle is black walnut and spalted maple burl.
