We're keen to make our food truck pop-ups a little more interactive, so say hello to the Smokin' Oak Barbecue Trail Map!

We'll have this up at all of our public food truck events. Whether you're one of our regulars or visiting us for the first time, it's easy to get involved. Just grab a sticker dot, pop it on the map to show where you've seen us, and you'll go in the draw to win a free meal each month!

Morrinsville, we're back this Sunday!

If you're looking for an excuse to skip sorting breakfast, we've got you covered.

We'll have our Pitmaster's Breakfast on the menu, packed with freshly sliced brisket, cowboy beans and eggs, plus pork belly tacos, smash burgers, and our famous brisket toastie.

We'll also have fresh filter coffee brewing all morning to help kickstart the day.

New to the food truck for our A.M. pop-ups... freshly brewed filter coffee.

No complicated coffee orders here. Just a good a old-fashioned hot cup of joe. Have it black, have it with milk, or add a splash of cream. If you're after a caffeine hit to go with your barbecue, we've got you covered.

Better yet, it's bottomless. Need a second cup? Maybe even a third? No worries at all — just swing back up for a refill.

As morning coffee enthusiasts ourselves, we're pretty excited about this one.

This one goes way back.

It was our very first food truck menu item. In fact, long before we had a food trailer it was making regular apparences when we were popping up under our trusty gazebo.

It may have been our first menu item, but it’s certainly stood the test of time and remains one of our most popular food truck offerings.
