We are back 😊

From Wednesday 1st September, our temporary trading hours are:
Tuesday-Sunday
Lunch time: 11.30am to 2pm
Dinner time: 4pm to 8.30pm

For everyone’s safety, we are only taking online and phone orders for contactless pickup, we won’t be accepting in store orders.

Or alternatively on our BBs Food Express app.
Online payments is to be made via the website or on the BBs Food Express app.

When picking up, please show us your confirmation order which you will find in your email so we can quickly find your order.

With phone orders, we accept debit/credit payments.

Thankyou to all the customers patience and understanding as we navigate this new app ordering system. Please call us if you are having any problems with the app or even call to check if your order is ready for pickup. We are having issues with the order ready for pickup notification. We are working on getting this resolved. Please go to the notification section of the app for any messages otherwise please do call us.

It’s great to see our regular customers again! 😊We are working on setting up paywave so we can take phone orders. Hopefully it will be up and running early next week. In the meantime we are only able to take orders through our app. Please let us know if you are having any troubles with the app and we will try our best to help. We have noticed when we send you a message that your order is ready for pickup, it doesn’t show up, you have to go into notification in the app to see the message. We have notified our app developer and he is working on getting that fixed.
