So we have starTed new authentic Nepali food Dhido set Chefs Special.
It is available in our restaurant for only 30$ at lunchtime and Dinner.
Dhido is a traditional Nepali cuisine prepared mostly in the hilly region of Nepal. This wheat pudding is considered to be healthy and is a common cuisine prepared mostly during the fast. Dhido food basically comprises dal − lentils, wheat pudding, and vegetables, with masu (meat) for non-vegetarians.

Black Pepper Chicken is a Chinese stir fry dish. This Chinese food is made of juicy chicken breast marinated in a velveting cornstarch mixture to make the meat tender! Then stir fried with celery, carrots, onions, and garlic.

Chatpate (also spelled chaatpate) is a version of chaat, made with puffed rice, dried instant noodles, chickpeas, fresh coriander (cilantro), tomato, cucumber, onion, potato, peas, lemon juice, fresh chili, and spices.

It is available in our restaurant for only 25$ at lunch time and Dinner.
It come with green chutney and salad.

Taas is a popular Nepali meat dish that originated in Chitwan of Southern Nepal. The boneless lamb slices are marinated in Nepali herbs and spices, and slowly cooked in oil in low heat in a large near-flat concave thick-bottomed pan called tawa, resulting in an assertively spiced crispy lamb preparation.
