I know this update should’ve happened a long time ago. To be honest I’d written it in my head 100 times. But to those who knew thank you for your love and support over the last couple of months. I’m trying to focus on all the positives right now, and remembering to be grateful 🙏🏼 So as this chapter closes, I just want to say thank you to everyone who visited over the years and made my time here so memorable ✨ Some who have become friends and will continue to be lifelong ❤️ I’m not sure what happens next but I’m going to embrace it. Due to the NZ Highland Dancing Competitions being held at the TSB Showplace this weekend 8th & 9th of July. We will be open both days as the main food provider to this event 🤩 I’ll be making Cheese Scones on Saturday and our ever popular Cinnamon Pinwheels on Sunday. Catch up with friends and family at the Empire Tea rooms this weekend ❤️ Delicious food, great coffee and the best tea selection in town 🥰xx

Frohe Weihnachten 🎄 As the year draws close for our little shop, we just want to acknowledge everyone who blessed us with their smiles, light hearted banter, convos, flowers for our counter, home grown produce and much much more 🥰 Despite starting 2022 with a bear on our back, and muddling through the year with supply issues and staff shortages. We finally made it to the end of year 😅. Our last day of trading is tomorrow 22nd December, so make sure you stop in and pick up any urgent tea, coffee, xmas pies or fudge supplies 💕. We will return from some much needed rest on 9th January ready to start the year over. Have a happy and safe festive season with your families. The best time for new beginnings is now, so I’ll be working on some changes and new adventures in 2023. See you in the New Year ❤️😘xx
