Wine and cheese evening this Wednesday 21st October!

Come along to Impressions Restaurant for a casual service, from 4pm. Just $10 - $20 per person for a plate of your choice of cheese and a matching glass of wine. Cheese plates are served with water crackers, ciabatta bread, nuts, dried fried and chutneys. A great mid-week treat.

Just a reminder that Impressions Restaurant will still be opening this Thursday as planned. After the recent Government announcements, we are now taking added precautions and have made the decision to change from a buffet lunch to table service, utilising the same menu, and for the same price. Our new menu for $15 per person will be as follows:
Entrée/ Starters
For the table: Hand–made artisan bread selection
Your choice of:
- Summer corn chowder
- Salt and pepper calamari

Carvery, Hot Items and Vegetables
Your choice of:
- Sweet and sour basil chicken
- Sausage and tomato pappardelle
- Honey baked ham
For the table: Fragrant rice

Salads
For the table:
- Panzanella salad
- Mesclun salad
- Humburg salad

Desserts
Your choice of:
- Rum and frangipane tarts
- Bread and butter puddings
For the table:
- Vanilla bean ice cream
- Summer berry compote

Impressions Lunch Buffet is back! Make your booking now for your table next Thursday 26th March, $15 per person. We will be taking extra precaution around food hygiene and the buffet service, with tables set at a safe social distance. Impressions will be opening on the next two Wednesdays, the 11th and 18th December, for High Tea, from 2.30-3.30pm. This will be at a set price of $5 per person for a selection of sweet and savoury treats, including fresh scones with cream and jam. Upgrade your high tea to include espresso coffee for $6 per person. Bookings are also essential to allow for assessment planning.

Impressions is re-opening for a few more times before we finish for 2019. This coming Monday we will be opening for our new Hospitality Pre-employment students, who will be serving some very reasonably priced meals over the lunch period, as well as our usual hot and cold drinks!
