Look what I got!
"Maguro" Fresh Blue Fin Tuna!
I just wanted to share this beautiful fish.
So I make it to 3 pieces of Nigiri Sushi. 1x Toro(Fatty tuna), 1x Chutoro(Medium fatty tuna), 1x Akami Zuke(Lean meat, Light marinated). Soo good!
Limited portion available tonight at Waitara.

After watching Kosmos.nz his video, an idea popped into my head... What if we stuffed our Menchi Katsu with cheese? 🧀

Introducing This is our Menchi & Double Cheese 🧀🧀

-MENCHI KATSU- Panko bread crumbled meat patty. Crispy Panko bread crumble with juicy meat patty. We stuffed a chunk of mozzarella cheese in it! Yum 10/10 🇯🇵
Double cheese and plain(no cheese) available this week.

Due to the weather, we rescheduled for this weekend.
Night Market tonight has been cancelled and we need to cancel tomorrow(Saturday) at Waitara. Sorry...
