It’s back! The humble baked potato or kumara, available from 11.30am Monday to Saturday. Potatoes come loaded with a choice of fillings such as plain cheese, our special house made veggie chilli, Tern’s smoky beans, crispy bacon and herby mushrooms. As well as this we’ve got a couple of menu changes and soups are back! Hope to see you soon.

Hi Tern friends, it's been a great start to the year, we have been kept busy, and appreciate all the wonderful support from you all. Now like most starts to the new year, there are some changes happening with our Tern team, today was Sharon's last day, she is moving to a new role closer to her home and we wish her all the best. We have our students heading back to Uni in the coming weeks and we wish them well with their studies. With this in mind we have a vacancy for a barista/front of house ideally starting soon. To our lovely Tern friends, sorry we have been quiet on the socials, the usual story of time flying by and never enough hours in the day. It’s crazy how fast Christmas is approaching. With this in mind, there is just over a week left to enter into the summer loyalty card draw. We will be putting together a hamper for the loyalty card prize, similar to last year’s summer draw. Thinking about Christmas, if you are stuck for ideas, we have some awesome keep cups in store, when you purchase one, you get a free hot drink and $2 goes towards the NZ Fairy Tern trust plus you get 50c off your hot drink when you use your own keep cup so it’s a gift that keeps giving. One last newsy thing to let you know about, you can now purchase gift vouchers online via our website (link in the bio), nice gift idea for someone to have a little treat.
