We’re on the lookout for staff members to operate our Mr Whippy trucks in Nelson & Tasman, delivering unforgettable experiences to our fantastic customers. Our typical summer selling hours are afternoons and evenings, including weekends and public holidays, offering a flexible schedule for those ready to jump into this exciting role.
As a member of our team, you’ll engage in a variety of activities, from the iconic street runs to birthday parties, corporate events. As well as handling the cleaning, Maintaining and stocking of the trucks.
We’re seeking individuals who are fast on their feet and confident driving a large, manual van. Being tech-savvy with our POS system is a plus, along with maintaining impeccable personal presentation and hygiene standards. While experience in food sales and working within a Template Food Control Plan is desirable, full training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
Applicants must be able to drive a manual, minimum of a restricted driving license and eligibility to work in New Zealand, with successful candidate undergoing background and security checks, including a possible drug test.
