New Arrival!!

Our hot cabinet has been looking extra full lately! ✨

If you’re in the mood for something warm and crispy alongside your sushi, there are plenty of little treats waiting for you — from crunchy tempura and dumplings to spring rolls, fritters, skewers and more.

And if you haven’t tried our newest additions yet, keep an eye out for the Prawn Balls ($4.50) 🍤 — three crispy prawn balls on a skewer, finished with sauce on top.

We also have our Vege Ba ($3.50), a long, crispy vegetable bar made(with egg and fish inside). It’s a simple but very satisfying snack, especially when it’s fresh and warm from the cabinet.

There’s always a little variety depending on the day, so have a look through the cabinet when you visit and see what catches your eye 👀

Grab a few pieces, add some sushi, and make your own perfect lunch! 🍣🥢

It’s a rainy one today ☔️

But have you noticed the days are slowly getting longer lately?

Maybe it’s because we’re getting a little more daylight, but we’ve noticed a few more of you popping in around 5pm these days. It’s a small thing, but it definitely makes us feel like spring is getting closer 🌿

On a rainy day like today, come in, stay warm, and enjoy some sushi in our cosy little café 🍣☕️

We’re still waiting for the weather to properly warm up — and when it does, we hope to see a lot more of you reaching for our ice cream too!

🚧 Half the roadworks are done… and we’re much easier to reach! 🙌
The intersection is now open towards Trafalgar Street, so popping in for your sushi or coffee is much simpler again.

🇰🇷 Have you ever tried Korean-style Jeon?

Most traditional Korean jeon is pan-fried, but ours is deep-fried for an extra crispy bite✨

It’s warm, crunchy, and filled with prawns and vegetables, making it the perfect snack to grab on the go

You’ll find it waiting in our hot cabinet, so why not give it a try? 😊

In Korea, there are many different kinds of jeon, including:

🦑 Seafood & Green Onion Jeon (Haemul Pajeon)

🇰🇷 Meet Beef Bulgogi.

Beef Bulgogi (불고기) literally means “fire meat.”

It’s one of Korea’s most loved dishes, made with thinly sliced beef marinated in soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil and a touch of sweetness.

We turned this Korean favourite into sushi, bringing together the rich flavours of bulgogi with freshly made sushi.

🌶 Meet Spicy pork bulgogi (Jeyuk)

Jeyuk (제육볶음) is one of Korea’s favourite comfort foods.

Tender pork is marinated in a spicy Korean chilli paste, then stir-fried until it’s smoky, savoury and full of flavour.

If you enjoy a little heat, our Jeyuk Sushi is the perfect way to experience one of Korea’s most iconic dishes.

It’s been a quiet week for us, but we’ve still had a few lovely platter orders come through. 🍣
