The Winemakers Table, round three.

If you've ordered the Grace white pinot, the Matriarch chardonnay or the Redeemer pinot off our list, you already know Brent Linn's work. On 2 September the man behind Wairiki Estate joins us to pour it himself.

Brent started out in banking, funding other people's vineyards. Eventually he decided he'd rather have his own, and now gets two hectares in Maraekakaho to do the work of twenty. How? Come along and ask him yourself.

The first two rounds booked out. Get in early for this one.

The Winemakers Table, round two.

On 5 August we're joined by Gordon Russell, who spent 30 years as winemaker at Esk Valley and picked up NZ Winemaker of the Year along the way. He's opening bottles from his personal Esk Valley collection, wines he made, aged the way he intended.

The menu is built around them, with plenty of produce straight from Gordon's garden in Bay View.

17 seats across two tables. A few are already taken by people who missed out on the Ollie Powrie night, so don't sit on this one.
