The Knuckle Sandwich has officially landed.

Low and slow smoked brisket, cheese, pickles, our caramelised onion relish, all loaded into a toasted brioche bun.

Simple stuff done properly. Smokey, cheesy, messy as hell and seriously good.

We’ve been smashing these behind the scenes and figured it was time to let you lot have a crack at one too!!
