We had the pleasure of hosting O'Neill School of Irish Dance the other day. It was an amazing performance by some very talented young ladies.

Those who knew what was happening thoroughly enjoyed the performance and for the customers who had no idea what was going on, they were very pleasantly surprised 😁

O'Neill School of Irish Dance is an amazing not-for-profit dance school who do a tremendous job of nurturing the talents of dancers of all ages.

Meet the first member of our new winter menu:

The Winter Potato Stack

This is a delicious and hearty meal built up from two potato & herb rosti's, baby spinach, sundried tomato and topped with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce.

This is one of 3 new dishes and it's sure to become a fast favourite.
