Let’s be honest team…you knew this was coming!

The Oakfire Ollie

Tender low-and-slow smoked brisket stacked with melted cheese, crisp slaw, gherkins, smoky BBQ sauce, creamy aioli, and charred burnt mayonnaise, all served on a soft toasted brioche bun. A perfect balance of smoke, crunch, sweetness, and tangy BBQ goodness.

This will be on the menu starting tomorrow. And man it’s really good!

OK Team quick question out of pure curiosity…where else in NZ is there a food place that cooks Smokey BBQ Brisket and Ribs etc then at the same place puts that on a genuine woodfire pizza?

Chat GPT struggled to find anywhere but they ain’t up with the happenings in the grand ol’ metropolis of Levin hahaha

Hey team…bit of a plug in for Roa Smoked BBQ here….

We have listened to feedback and the consensus is that people want single meals…so…that’s what people get hahaha.

Smokey Brisket Meal
Smokey Beef Short Ribs Meal
Smokey Pork Ribs and Pulled Pork Meal
Smokey Chicken Wings Meal

Currently these are available from 5pm Friday and 5pm Saturday. They are order over the counter, but if we get them on the website before Friday then it can be ordered online too. It’s first in first served basis and once it’s gone it’s gone…that’s the nature of something that takes a few days to prepare and cook!

We are not sure how many we will make yet as it’s kind of based on what sells and how it goes.

All of the pre-order packs are the same and orders close at lunchtime Thursday and lunchtime Friday for those.

Oh and the master plan is to save some of the smoked meats and have a Smokey Pizza range, which we will roll out next week!

Hey all…so we have got the ROA Smokey BBQ stuff going. For the first few weeks it will just be the same as what it always has been, but we will take feedback and tweak it whichever way to suit what everyone wants.

For now you can order online. Cut off is Thursday lunchtime for Friday and Saturdays lot.

Pro tip…on the website it’s at the bottom of the menu, but there is a dropdown box at the top where you can skip straight to it
