Locally caught crayfish sold 20km north of Kaikoura on the beach side since 1977. Kaikoura means 'eat crayfish' in Maori (kai- eat/ food, koura- crayfish), so why not sit on the beach and do so!?

Hi everyone! Nin’s Bin has a pretty cool family story that I feel very blessed to be a part of. We made this video a while back to take a look back on where it all began, and give a little insight as to why sustainable practices were so important to my grandad - and these practices we live by still today.
