We sincerely apologize for recent delays in service due to a surge in orders. As a small, family-run restaurant — not a fast food outlet — we prepare each dish with care, which can take a little more time, especially during peak hours.
Our kitchen team is small, and we’re doing our best to serve everyone as quickly and warmly as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
We also apologize to those whose orders couldn’t be fulfilled due to unexpectedly high demand that exceeded the amount of chicken we had prepared.
