Just to remind all the extremely let down Bivvy Goers who I lied to about opening this weekend that my baby (the Bivvy!) trundled off down the driveway yesterday to it's new home at Mahia Beach. It was a very last minute deal that happened very quickly so AGAIN I apologise to you all for letting you down this summer.
We do, however, have some very good wine to sell at ridiculous prices. $85 for a case of 2014 viognier and $95 for a case of 2012 Sav or 2011 Chard. We still deliver free to locals.

Attention Bivvy People! This is pretty sad but the Bivvy is to have a new home at Mahia Beach. A great couple have bought it and will make superb coffee and food up there this summer. That leaves the vineyard bare of such treats this season I am afraid. I am very sorry to have built up your expectations of opening this weekend but we just need a summer break this year and who knows-we might build something permanent down at the Bivvy site for next summer. Thanks and God Bless you all!
P.S. We still have wine for sale though!

Attention Bivvyites! We are still on track for opening Labour weekend but PLEASE stay tuned to this page because things will be a little more ad hoc this summer, in that we won't be opening every weekend. In order to avoid disappointment you need to check this page for weekly updates on opening status. Thanks guys.

I know I was open yesterday when I said I wouldnt but a large group from from ChCh asked especially so how could I refuse. I will do the same next Sat for another big group so be in then for coffee, wine and other goodies. Not open today.
